Some threats and routine actions can be handled automatically according to the configured protection policy. Catlin confirms the computer's status and either performs a covered action or contacts you with a clear recommendation. Work outside the plan is explained and quoted before it is performed.
Privacy reassurance
Catlin Care does not continuously watch your screen, record your keystrokes, or activate your camera or microphone. Remote access is used only for authorized support and maintenance. Shield's data controls evaluate transfers against configured business policies; they are not general employee surveillance.
