Our approach
Catlin Computer Solutions designs its website around semantic HTML, keyboard operation, visible focus, text alternatives, reflow, reduced motion, understandable labels, and accessible status messages. Automated checks are part of development, but we do not claim formal WCAG conformance until independent manual testing is complete.
Assisted service
If a website form, Stripe checkout, customer portal, or Cal.com scheduler creates a barrier, call 760-301-6619 or email support@catlincomputers.com. We can explain options and provide an alternate process without charging an accessibility-related fee. Never send payment-card details, passwords, or device credentials by email.
Known third-party limitations
Payment and scheduling experiences are provided by Stripe and Cal.com. Their interfaces may change independently. Report a barrier to us so we can provide assistance and document the issue with the provider.
Feedback
Describe the page, task, browser, and assistive technology involved. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days; resolution time depends on the issue and any third-party dependency.
